Job Title: Medical Assistant

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $21.00/hr.

Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Medical Assistant Description/Duties

Provide medical support to healthcare providers within the correctional facility.
Assist with routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and performing basic medical procedures.
Document patient information accurately in medical records.
Support the nursing team in delivering safe and effective care.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols within a correctional environment.

Medical Assistant Requirements

Completion of an accredited medical assistant program
CPR certification preferred.
1 year experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a correctional or similar setting.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
