Job Description:
Seeking full-time Advanced Practice Providers (Adult Acute Care
Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) for ICU care in a
surgical setting.
Work 12-hour PM shifts (5pm-5am), 14-16 shifts/month, including
weekends and holidays.
Receive a base salary plus a $20,000 annual PM stipend (paid
monthly), with a $2,000 CME allowance.
Provide critical care in the Surgical ICU and PACU, including
patient assessments, documentation, care planning, and ventilator
management.
Work under physician supervision, performing assessments, ordering
tests, and assisting with procedures.
Qualifications include a Master--------s in Nursing (Adult Acute
Care NP) or Physician Assistant certification, Alabama licensure,
BLS, and preferably ACLS/PALS.
Must have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
skills, with a focus on patient safety and professional growth.
