Job Title: RN - Stepdown
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM + Every Other Weekend & Holidays
Pay: $2,415 /Weekly Gross
Department: Stepdown / Intermediate Care Unit
Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
NYS RN License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Required)
-2 years of cardiology, telemetry, or VAD experience (Required)
- EPIC experience (Highly preferred)
-1 year of travel experience for Travel positions (Preferred; not required for Per Diem)

Associate Degree in Nursing considered with relevant experience or active enrollment in BSN program
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to stepdown patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor and document vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex cardiac patients
Utilize relationship-centered care models and contribute to quality and safety initiatives
Participate in quality improvement and performance review efforts
Lead or assist with charge nurse duties as needed
Perform hourly rounding, support patient throughput, and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital documentation standards
Night shift, 7:00 pm- 7:30am + EOW & holidays
