  Requirements:
  • NJ or Compact license
  • 2 years experience required in Med Surg
  • Must have Home Health experience
  • BLSOther Details:
    • Charting: OASIS EMRLength: 13 weeks .Shift: M-F 8:30a-5p .Holiday/Weekend Requirement: Every 5th weekend/Every other holiday .
      Required Experience:NJ or Compact license required2 years experience required in Med Surg .Must have Home Health experience .Patients are primarily those being discharged from the hospital and nursing facilities .Procedures include: Wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, Heart Failure, Diabetics, oncology, post surgeries and Ortho are many of our primary diagnosis .
      Productivity is 6 visits per day- or the equivalent. (Example, admissions are counted as 2)Charting: OASIS EMR .Must have reliable transportation & valid drivers license .No mileage reimbursement .COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required + Booster - Medical/Religious Exemptions onlyFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
