Position Type: Full-time - Location: Hybrid w/ travel (2-3 Days a
Week in HQ Office)
Salary Range: $85k - $95k annually
Mission:
IMI Agency specializes in Building Better Beverage Business--- for
our Hospitality Clients with innovative marketing programs and
promotions, interactive food & beverage merchandising and
operations tools, staff training, and recognition/reward programs
for all channels in the Hospitality industry. IMI programs create
brand value and opportunities with consumers while driving food and
beverage sales and profits for our Hospitality Operator
clients.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an energetic, guest-centric, creative, yet
methodical Beverage Marketing Manager to work within IMI luxury
lodging clients. This person will work with IMI's Director of
Accounts and the Client Beverage team to enhance bar program
compliance through implementing beverage marketing programs,
activations, and promotions. This person will analyze beverage and
menu data, coordinating program practices to develop, train, and
deploy scalable beverage efficiencies across the client's
portfolio. The Beverage Marketing Manager will track and assess all
areas of the beverage program, including post-training performance,
relaying findings and adjustments to property leads and
stakeholders. The Beverage Marketing Manager will work with the
client's North American beverage partners and global marketing team
to create property-level activations and LTOs. This individual will
execute a robust calendar of beverage promotions and should be
comfortable with and excited by taking a general idea or concept
and finding a way to bring it to life. With new challenges always
arising, this person should be an excellent problem solver and be
able to demonstrate unique skills that will help this team succeed.
This person should be confident and comfortable communicating with
senior leadership, stakeholders, designers, developers, and other
internal departments.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop & execute innovative, guest-centric, luxury beverage
marketing plans across wine, spirits, beer & non-alcoholic
offerings.
Collaborate with F&B teams to align beverage activations with
seasonal menus, luxury standards, and brand voice.
Cultivate and manage relationships with Bar Program representatives
for programming and co-branded events.
Lead digital and print marketing efforts tied to beverage offerings
(email campaigns, in-room collateral, social content, etc.)
Create and track results of targeted and seasonal beverage
promotions, taking them from concept to activation while
developing, executing all pieces of the promotion, and tracking
performance and effectiveness.
Monitor Bar Program execution & compliance, ensuring bar outlets
adhere to brand standards, identifying and addressing
non-compliance issues proactively and professionally.
Liaise with hotel operations, PR, culinary, and events teams to
ensure cohesive execution of beverage-driven initiatives.
Training internal teams in product knowledge, brand voice, and
service standards.
Administrative project management with the IMI Director of Accounts
as directed.
Developing and managing multiple project timelines
simultaneously.
Writing internal client communications, such as emails and
PowerPoint presentations.
Pulling periodic reports, evaluating data, and presenting findings
and data to IMI and the client operations team. Includes performing
audits, creating decks, evaluating pricing, product assortment,
etc.
Maintaining various databases of property information.
Maintaining the budget for activations.
Education & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Hospitality-first mindset - deep understanding of guest experience,
with a natural sense for elevating service through beverage
programming.
Beverage Savvy, well-versed in wine, spirits, mixology, and
beverage trends with the ability to speak knowledgeably with
suppliers, bar managers, and other beverage team leaders.
Solutions-oriented enforcer - knows how to hold teams and partners
accountable to program and brand standards while maintaining
positive working relationships.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, hospitality, or a
related field.
Solid understanding of developing programs for working bars.
Experience creating and presenting presentations to groups of all
sizes in-person and virtually.
Experience in deploying large-scale materials to personnel at all
levels.
Proficient in Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and
other Microsoft tools.
Experience running promotions & activations on property level.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and writing
skills.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and balance
priorities.
Works well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
Flexible and able to work with different management styles.
Takes initiative and is a part of the solution to issues and
problems.
High-energy people skills and a professional demeanor.
Follow-up and follow-through must be your mantra!
Ability to travel as needed 30% +.
Salary: Commensurate based on experience and demonstrated
successes
