Nursing Practitioner - Director of Nursing FULL TIME TUES thru SAT 9-5 NO OVERNIGHTS NO HOLIDAYSNurse Practitioner - Director of Nursing sought for Cherry Hill Womens Center, a state licensed ambulatory surgical center that has delivered excellence in abortion and reproductive healthcare for over 45 years, always at the forefront of best practices in our field. Our team members are committed to advocating and caring for people seeking legal, safe, compassionate and respectful abortion care through 28 weeks of pregnancy, in addition to assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.Responsibilities include:Supports clinical oversight of the nursing and medical staff.Provide direct patient care and staff support as needed:Pre-procedure medical assessmentRecovery Room nursingParticipating in training of student nursesPlay lead role in complex clinical situationsAssists in orientation and training programs for new employees.Assists in creation and upkeep of policies and procedures that govern clinical servicesOur team welcomes empathetic, committed, experienced Nurse Practitioners with a strong work ethic, sense of humor and a desire to be a part of a team.
