As part of this mission, we are seeking a skilled Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) to oversee critical subcontracts within our Advanced Programs family of programs.

THE WORKAs the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of subcontracts, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. Your key duties will include negotiating and baselining new subcontracts, leading programmatic and technical meetings with subcontractors, managing Earned Value baselines, identifying execution risks and opportunities, and communicating effectively with leadership and customers. Additionally, you will support follow-on proposal activities to drive future contract growth.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
