Judge Direct Placement is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for a large food manufacturing company in the Philadelphia area. They will have 10+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment. The selected individual must have a strong background in maintenance management as well and project experience. He or she will report to the VP or Operations.The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all technical and maintenance-related systems and results for the plant. This position will also be responsible for leading and developing maintenance partners capital project management and management of all maintenance related data support systems.Requirements:10+ years in the food manufacturing industryHACCP, SQF, BRC, ISO 22000 or ISO 9001 experience a plusExperience with CMMSSound leadership skills with a history of success storiesSelf-motivated and willing to learnAbility to work independently or in a team environmentRequires flexible hours including off shift hoursStatistics & process control understanding and executionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft office Suite
