We are seeking an experienced CPG Brand Manager who is passionate
about strategically driving brand growth, actioning consumer
insights, and delivering innovative marketing campaigns to
accelerate a focus growth segment for Bimbo Bakeries USA - Dairy &
Frozen.
The portfolio includes Bays English Muffins, Lender's bagels, and
Tenderflake pastries.
We are looking for a creative, resourceful marketer who thinks
creatively to build brand awareness & trial.
As Brand Manager of Bimbo Bakehouse Dairy & Frozen, you will join
and dynamic and fast-paced environment developing strategies to
drive sales and market share.
The ideal candidate will own the business, leading all facets of
the marketing mix including distribution, pricing, promotion, PR,
advertising, social media, and innovation support.
Key Job Responsibilities: Leader across all facets of daily brand
management. Development of brand portfolio strategy in close
coordination with Marketing Director and key customer teams.
End-to-end management of consumer opportunities for the brand,
inclusive of strategic opportunity identification, market
positioning, partnership on program / communication development /
innovation strategy and tracking of metrics.
Collaborate with Omnichannel team to design and implement a
cohesive go-to-market strategy for key marketing initiatives that
will drive results in retail and ecommerce that ladders up to the
brand's overall strategy.
Lead brand strategy execution including annual brand plans,
strategic plans, and communication visions, collaborating with
marketing director. Embrace the consumer, collaborating with the
insights team to uncover and analyze consumer insights to drive
brand growth.
High level of comfort pulling and analyzing data from sources such
as Circana is required.
Partnership with Business Development team on sales presentations,
sell sheets, and field communication.
Support the execution of distribution and display targets.
Budget management - Be a sharp operator with founder's mentality to
manage brand budgets efficiently, not accepting waste and
unnecessary spending.
Collaborate with creative agency partners and content strategists
to lead communications and creative strategy to create
award-winning marketing that wins both the hearts and minds of our
consumers.
Collaborate with BBU's Media Center of Excellence (MCOE) team on
annual media plans informed by brand performance metrics and
Marketing Mix Analysis.
Lead overall media strategy. Be a cross-functional partner, working
with the innovation team and sales to generate a pipeline and
launch plan for new products.
Willing to travel, approximately 20% including quarterly visits to
Horsham, PA headquarters as well as engagement with consumers and
key customers.

Knowledgeable and passionate about food, a plus Education and Work
History:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
MS or MBA preferred.
A combination of education, training, and experience that results
in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be
substituted.
Minimum of 5 years experience, CPG preferred.Working knowledge of
marketing plan development and execution.Expert in Microsoft Office
(and margin miner or MicroStrategy if internal)Fluid in Circana
