Job Description:

• Responsible for the implementation and coordination of new products and processes from US Technology and Product Development into Manufacturing. Must be able to work with Sales Management, Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure smooth transition of all projects.
  
  
  • Coordinate and lead the company's APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process to maximize the success of developing and tracking a product or process through its development life cycle.
    
    
    • Provide product engineering and technical support for assigned product lines after transitioning to manufacturing. This includes drawing and raw material specification approvals.
      
      
      • Assemble and motivate project teams from all areas of the organization. Must be able to clearly communicate company goals and customer needs for each project.
        
        
        • Prepare capital requests for equipment and tooling for applicable programs. This includes preparing equipment capability acceptance plans (ECAP).
          
          
          • Contributes to the design and development of new and innovative processes supporting new product commercialization.
            
            
            • Provides necessary detailed project specifications to outside machine integrators for new product commercialization.
              
              
              • Manage and support product design changes initiated through the CR - Change Request System and/ or NPI - New Production Introduction processes.
                
                
                • Capable of providing support as requested by supervisor.
