This role is ideal for someone comfortable with flexible days rather than a fixed clock?out time. About the Role Under the direction of Operations Leadership, Service Technicians are held to a high standard of service and independence. You’ll service and maintain a variety of beverage and restaurant equipment while working primarily on your own in the field, with support from your Service Center team. Equipment includes: Restaurant equipment Fountain beverage systems Non?carbonated dispensers Ice makers and juice dispensers Technicians attend weekly meetings at their Service Center and operate with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to dispatched service calls and meet estimated arrival times Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs Ensure product quality (check syrup levels, change flavors, clean machines and surrounding areas) Maintain inventory, tools, parts, and company vehicle Review service orders with leadership and communicate customer concerns or up?selling opportunities Accurately document all work performed and close service calls Communicate clearly with customers and co?workers Assist with warehouse duties such as cleaning, organizing, rotating product, and shipping/receiving Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor Essential Skills Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently Experience with hand tools and field service work Preventive maintenance experience Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems Food or beverage industry experience preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Technical or Vocational School training preferred Valid Real ID–compliant Driver’s License Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs. (occasionally more) Willingness to drive 40% of the time Must wear steel?toed footwear Work Environment & Schedule Service locations include gas stations, Starbucks, movie theaters, and restaurants Training schedule: Monday–Friday Post?training schedule: Sunday–Thursday Typical start time: 6:30 AM End times vary based on service demand and route completion Clock in/out via company?provided tablet or phone Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Runnemede, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
