Job Description Job Description Job Title: Weekend Shift - Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a Weekend Shift Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in our production process. Working from Friday to Sunday, 6am to 7pm, you will be involved in product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing, and shipping. Responsibilities Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate or medium. Prepare substrates for vinyl application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning. Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, using various techniques based on size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images. Operate and maintain printers. Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards. Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces. Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered. Clean and maintain storage areas. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Skills Production Assembly General production Inspection Hand tool operation General labor Machine operation Load handling Tape measure usage Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds. Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate. Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work. Ability to use light power equipment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
