CNC Lathe Set Up Machinist - 1st or 2nd Shift Hatfield, PA | Full-Time (Direct Hire) | $25-32/hr 1st Shift - M-F - 6:30 am - 1:30 pm 2nd Shift - M-T - 2:30pm-1:30 am (10% differential) Overtime available B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Set Up Machinist to join our growing team. We’re a third-generation, family-owned company known for precision, quality, and stability. What You’ll Do Set up & operate CNC lathes (2–4 axis; Okuma & Doosan). Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and program edits (G-Code/M-Code). Read blueprints and ensure tight-tolerance, high-quality production. Troubleshoot CNC machines to minimize downtime. Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify parts. What We’re Looking For 5 years CNC Lathe/Mill setup experience. Proficiency in blueprint reading & G-Code/M-Code.
