CNC Programmer – 1st Shift (6:30am-1:30pm) Hatfield, PA |
Full-Time (Direct Hire) | $38-40/hr B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc.
is growing and looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join
our team. We’ve been proudly family-owned for three generations,
and today we’re investing in new technology, training, and talent
to keep pushing forward. What You’ll Do Program CNC lathes and
mills from blueprint to first article. Support operators with
setups, program changes, and troubleshooting. Train team members on
machining techniques and best practices. Collaborate with
engineering to resolve print/design issues. Apply expertise in
tooling, materials, and multi-axis programming. What We’re Looking
For 5 years CNC lathe/mill experience. 2 years with Mastercam
and/or Esprit . Strong blueprint reading & QC knowledge. Proven
