Manager Job Description Coordinate all phases of assigned
projects—from estimation through closeout—ensuring communication,
documentation, and issue resolution across all stakeholders.
Prepare, submit, and track required submittals; maintain organized
job file systems. Apply detailed product knowledge and participate
in meetings and training to support project success. Uphold safety,
security, and compliance with company standards and regulatory
requirements. Partner with estimators to transition awarded
projects and review plans, scope, and deliverables. Collaborate
with production coordinators to schedule material deliveries and
support Project Manager coverage when needed. Provide professional
communication with site personnel, conduct jobsite visits, and
maintain strong customer?service standards. Monitor job progress,
manage required paperwork and reporting, and perform purchasing to
meet material and schedule requirements. Support overall site team
positivity and alignment with safety initiatives, including
participation in safety committees when requested. Responsibilities

Environment The role primarily involves working in the office to
manage the projects, with occasional site visits. Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$28.85 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
