Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This position seeks a Special Education Teacher to
support students with diverse learning needs in a school setting
located in Jersey City, NJ. The role is a contract opportunity
designed for educators dedicated to providing individualized
instruction and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. Key
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customized lesson plans
tailored to students unique educational goals. - Collaborate with
general education teachers and support staff to create integrated
learning experiences. - Monitor and document student progress,
adjusting instructional strategies as needed. - Maintain compliance
with individualized education plans (IEPs) and related legal
requirements. - Participate in team meetings and communicate
regularly with families regarding student development.
Qualifications: - Valid teaching certification in Special
Education. - Experience working with students who have a range of
learning differences. - Strong understanding of IEP development and
implementation. - Excellent communication and organizational
skills. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to various student
needs. Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Position Type: Contract
