Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position seeks
experienced Behavior Specialists and Board Certified Behavior
Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students during the Extended
School Year (ESY) program within a school setting located in
Bethlehem, PA. The contract runs from June 25, 2026, through July
31, 2026, on a part-time basis, Monday through Thursday, from 8:45
AM to 2:45 PM, totaling approximately 24 hours per week. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide behavior intervention and support to
students in compliance with Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). - Collaborate with school staff, families, and other
professionals to develop and implement behavior plans. - Collect
and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust
interventions as necessary. - Ensure services are conducted
in-person and adhere to state licensure requirements.
Qualifications: - Valid state licensure and certification as a
Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). -
Experience working with K-12 populations in school-based settings.
- Ability to travel within the county to various approved or
potential school locations. - Strong communication and
collaboration skills. Location: - Primary service location is
within Bethlehem, PA, with itinerant responsibilities across
multiple county schools and districts. Contract Details: - ESY
program duration: June 25 to July 31, 2026. - Part-time schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM. - In-person service
