Job Description Job Description Job Description Tow Nation is seeking an experienced and professional Flatbed Tow Truck Driver to support our roadside assistance and towing operations. Our company works with AAA , and our top priority is providing 100% customer satisfaction through safe, reliable, and timely service. Responsibilities Safely operate a flatbed tow truck in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies Respond promptly to dispatch calls and arrive on time to customer locations Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles safely and efficiently Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times Provide excellent customer service during roadside assistance and towing calls Complete required documentation and job updates accurately Maintain daily awareness that customer reviews are reviewed at the end of each day Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Requirements Minimum 3 years of tow truck driving experience (flatbed required) Clean driving record – NO tickets and NO accidents No criminal background record Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred if required by state/company policy) Ability to operate towing equipment safely and professionally Strong time-management and communication skills Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed Company Goal Our mission is to deliver 100% customer satisfaction on every service call while maintaining the high standards required for AAA service providers .
