reputable Auto Repair Shop. As a Service Adviser, you will be the
first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in
delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will utilize your automotive knowledge to diagnose issues,
recommend services, and facilitate communication between customers
and our skilled technicians. This position requires excellent
interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks
efficiently, and a passion for the automotive industry. You will be
expected to build rapport with customers, understand their needs,
and provide them with clear explanations of services and repairs
needed for their vehicles. Moreover, you will handle inquiries,
schedule appointments, and ensure that all services are conducted

automotive needs promptly and professionally. Provide detailed
service estimates and explanations to customers regarding repair
options and costs. Coordinate service appointments and schedule
technicians' work efficiently to optimize workflow. Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions, service provided, and
vehicle history. Act as a liaison between customers and
technicians, ensuring effective communication regarding repair
processes. Follow-up with customers post-service to ensure
satisfaction and encourage feedback. Handle customer complaints and
resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements Proven experience as a Service Adviser or in a similar
customer service role within the automotive industry. Strong
knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while
managing multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in using
computer systems and software related to customer service and
repair management. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive
approach to identifying customer needs. A valid driver's license
and a clean driving record to facilitate test drives if
necessary.
