Job Description Qualifications- CNC Machinist/CNC Set-up
Operator \n We are a CNC machine shop seeking a skilled CNC team
member who can contribute to high-quality, on-time production. the
ideal candidate has hands-on experience in CNC machining and takes
pride in accuracy, efficiency, and craftsmanship. \n \n Required
Skills & Experience \n \n Experience operating CNC mills, lathes,
and or Swiss machining in a production or job shop environment. \n
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings \n
Understanding of GD&T \n Proficient with precision measuring
tools (calipers, micrometer, height gauges, indicators, etc.) \n
Ability to maintain tight tolerances and perform in-process
inspections \n Experience with tool changes, offsets, and basic
machine adjustments \n Strong attention to detail and commitment to
producing quality parts \n Ability to work independently and manage
time effectively \n Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic \n
\n \n Additional Qualifications for Setup Machinists (Preferred):
\n \n Ability to set up CNC machines from start to first article
approval \n Experience loading tools, setting tools
lengths/diameters, and setting work offsets \n Ability to prove out
new jobs and make necessary program or offset adjustments \n
Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling selection, and work holding
methods \n Ability to troubleshoot machining issues (chatter,
finish problems, tool wear, etc.) \n \n \n Additional
Qualifications for CNC Programmers (Preferred): \n \n Experience
with CAM software \n Ability to create and edit CNC programs for
mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines \n Knowledge of G-code and
ability to make on-the-fly program edits at the machine \n
Experience with fixture design or process improvement \n \n \n What
