Claims Data Reporting Specialist SeniorLocation: Middletown, NY; Columbus, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Richmond, VA; Grand Prairie, TX (preferred). This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week to foster collaboration and connectivity, with flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered.The Reporting Specialist Senior is responsible for researching and collecting data for complex issues and situations.How you will make an impact:

• Identify data resources.
• Collect data.
• Summarize data and create or update reports as decision support tools for management.
• Lead or participate in initiatives including projects, meetings, and oversight of temporary help.
• Ensure process changes comply with guidelines.
• Provide training on changes.
• Monitor area performance and provide feedback to managers.Minimum Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of related education and 5 years of experience, or equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
  • Ability to develop and modify SQL queries.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and PC skills.
  • Claims operations experience (claims testing, systems, processes) preferred.
  • Knowledge of WGS claims processing, reimbursement policies, and procedures highly preferred.
  • CI&W knowledge helpful.
  • Proficiency in Excel and macros helpful.Salary Range:For candidates in the specified locations, the range is $44,433 to $66,672.Additional Benefits:Includes comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, stock purchase, 401k, and more.
