Receptionist:

This person will be the the initial person to anyone walking in the door so they will need to be personable. They would also be communicating with township clerks which can be difficult at times.
Someone who can wear a smile even on a rough day will do well in the role.
Looking for someone who is a quick learner, good multi-tasker, and someone that is able to retain information well.
